About Brown Athletics Men's Mental Health

We're on a mission to break the stigma around men's mental health in Brown Athletics by creating safe, anonymous spaces for open dialogue and peer support.

Our Mission

Creating Space for Real Conversations

Men's mental health is often overlooked, misunderstood, or stigmatized — especially in collegiate athletics. We believe that creating a dedicated, safe space for men to discuss their mental health openly is the first step toward meaningful change.

Our anonymous discussion platform allows student-athletes to share their experiences, ask questions, seek advice, and find community — all without fear of judgment or exposure.

Our Story

Brown Athletics Men's Mental Health Group was founded by a group of student-athletes who recognized a gap in the mental health support available specifically for men in Brown Athletics. While there are incredible resources on campus, the stigma around men seeking help remained a barrier.

We created this platform to bridge that gap — providing a digital space where anonymity removes the fear of judgment, and community replaces isolation. Our goal is simple: make it easier for men to talk about what they're going through.
